These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blue Electrical Surplus website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Condition
We sell new, used, open-box, and surplus electrical and electronic products. Product pages describe the known condition of each item. Photographs are part of the description. Surplus and used products may show cosmetic wear consistent with their listed condition.
Prices and Availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Inventory is subject to prior sale. We may cancel and refund an order when an item is unavailable or when a material pricing, inventory, or listing error is discovered.
Orders and Payment
Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and the order is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes, charges, geographic limits, and special handling rules are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. That policy explains the 30-day return period, item-condition requirements, shipping responsibility, restocking fees, exceptions, and refund timing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for determining that a product is suitable and compatible for its intended application. Electrical and industrial equipment should be installed, tested, and used by appropriately qualified persons in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, and safety requirements.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use website content or services in violation of applicable law.

We work to keep product information and website content accurate, but typographical, technical, or availability errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Electrical Surplus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
